The Focus T25 gamma schedule includes 4 workouts all focused on gaining strength. It is not included in the basic program and costs extra. The Gamma program is the 3 rd phase of the T25 program. You then have a break and stretch on the 7 th day. The T25 program starts with the Alpha phase. It helped me see my progress before I saw the results. The program came with a calendar but I wanted space to write how I felt after each workout. I made this T25 calendar for myself so that I could keep track of the workouts and mark each one off when complete.
